0/8 Seafood Grill, serving Northwest flavors, and Twisted Cork Wine Bar, a spirited lounge, are located in downtown Bellevue at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch Monday though Friday with dinner served nightly. Weekend brunch is served Saturday and Sunday mornings. In the wine bar, live entertainment is available late night four nights a week along with weekly wine events and monthly beverage dinners.
